Energetic shifts unfold differently for everyone as they should so rightly so as we all are these beautiful beings soulfully to full human expression moving through multidimensional & multi-sensory shifts all the time, cyclical in organic divine nature.
Over the years, i've written extensively about timeline shifts with the ascension timelines, but often when significant timeline jumps occur for an individual the energy initially as it unfolds into a smoother synergy as the density of energy continues to unlock can feel like you are wearing a big padded suit (almost like for those of you that are familiar with the famous tyre company Michelin tires the mascot is this bubbly rubber being). As your expanded energy beings to synthesize into harmonization within your subtle light bodies, merkaba, morphogenetic field of light into alignment with your physical anatomy, staying hydrated & well rested by allowing for the integration to unfold organically is always what is needed most.
Over the years, when I go through substantial shifts & new timelines open up for me, I feel this bubbly energy around me like ive ballooned in size so big & yet so light. Its a strange, energetic feeling, especially if you are feeling something to this effect for the first time.
The importance of sharing this is really to share insight in that how you personally move through energetic shifts is personal & beautifully unique to you. It took me years to fully appreciate this, its only been the last 6 or so years that I embrace the unfolding & lean into it rather than shy away from it as i'm being guided into higher ground with my soul path, purpose & guiding god-self loving living light forward.
On the ascension path you will find certain symptoms energetically, somatically in physicality that WILL be different to others you know. Different doesn't mean wrong nor does it mean negative. It simply is how your entire multidimensionality & soul luminosity move through energy bands of consciousness, divine fire, water, living light universal consciousness.
So the next time you move through an energy shift, have new insight into an aspect of yourself you are healing regardless of what it is - remember that your healing & transformation is powerfully aligned to you. It's not meant to be criticized, nor is it meant to be compared to anyone else. Often light is shed on being gentle with your healing journey with whats moves from subconscious to conscious awareness, but truly how your energy moves is how you move with it & through it.
Learning to embrace the weird, wonderful & delightful - even if you feel like an energetic sumo its all powerfully aligned, dear one.
