We constantly navigate many transitional, transformational changes in life, from taking our first breath in infancy to our final moments on earth. Often, what happens under the surface is that it's only recognized consciously that change is unfolding through how resistance shows up when unnatural flow rises. As habits, relationships, careers, intimacy, spiritual devotion, lifestyle changes, or environmental shifts command a different way of living, learning, loving & building a legacy that the recognition of moving through the layers, & densities by way of making peace with choices, relationships, life-cycles that even though unexpressed creativity, love, or wellbeing asks of a profound renewal of inner faith, trust, acceptance & forgiveness in all that is.

Transformational Rebirth Doula is a powerful space for individuals 55 years of age & above, offering the opportunity to restore, reinvigorate & recalibrate pivotal areas in life. It's a time in your life where you have the power to make life-altering decisions, shaping the second half of life to be created by design for you, by you, in all aspects of what you value, honor & celebrate.
As life is constantly changing, you may have recognized that you have put critical aspects of your emotional, mental, spiritual, physical, & intimate wellbeing on the back burner. Placing those around you before you as a parent, sibling, daughter, son, caregiver, lover, partner, husband or wife, guardian, or community leader, the natural flow of finding a harmonic resolution is calling you forward in new ways of self-empowered expression.
Over the past decade, ASHRA® has worked intimately with individuals transitioning through significant life cycles. Our service has brought direct clarity on how to shift not only intellectually, but also emotionally, physically, and spiritually through these transitions. We assist individuals in making significant changes that reinvigorate the second chapter of life they choose to lead, fostering personal growth and self-empowerment.
