STEWARDSHIP - THE INNER REVOLUTION FIRST

STEWARDSHIP - THE INNER REVOLUTION FIRST

How we hold the field for others always starts with how we hold the field for ourselves.
What I mean by this is witnessing anything outside of oneself without bias, conditionality, or expectation; we need to learn to do this for ourselves with a degree of consistency, congruency, & loving neutrality.
Is it always easy, no - but is it possible? Absolutely.
Is it a continuous journey of true surrender, not one where you still want to monopolize by telling God how exactly life needs to be for you.
This is the part where you get out of your own way to allow the universe to conspire with you & for you in ways beyond all egoic limitations, even if your inner critic tells you otherwise.
Many of you think you know me by what you read here about what I post on my personal page, yet, in fact, very few of you know my journey or my guided path.
I am for all intentsive purposes a very private person, an introvert if you will.
This is relevant because to be a servant leader in anything in life, the stewardship you hold for yourself sets the tone of what you believe you can or cannot do.
If I had listened to my inner critic when I was guided to post content back in 2015 in a really public way, I wouldn't be here now. My inner critic was so loud.
Who was I to be guiding others on the global stage...
Yet my conviction in God was more significant than my inner critic, even on the days when my inner critic wanted to tell me I was an imposter for wanting to create change.
Who was I to dream big, & step out of the controlled states of being that I was told I needed to stay within because being outspoken, bold, brave, & tenacious was not welcomed or encouraged.
Yes, I buck the trend - but I also found myself here in ways I could never have imagined.
Being a public figure on social media is not about all the likes, hearts, hugs, or shares - it's about not staying hidden. Speaking your truth - When you stay hidden, you are doing yourself, your soul light, & humanity a tremendous disservice.
Back in 2017, before all the range of going viral was a thing, I posted something that was so deep within my heart at that time that I had no idea the reliability it would hold for others as it did.
I had already had significant content go "viral" before this one - with tens of thousands of likes, shares & comments.
Yet,
Something shifted in me after this post attached below was the 593,000 likes it got - simply yes.
Not because being famous was the goal - it was that moment I recognized I had to stand tall in my gifts of God. I had to stand tall in my creatrix, creator consciousness.
I had to own who I was fully as I was moving into hold fields of light that I had not touched before. In doing so I needed to steward my light in ways I had not touched before.
So I could do the honorable exchange with the collective.
My point is, that social media has become so competitive, & incredibly unhealthy in many ways. But I still do believe it has a place in society to bring people together who otherwise would not find each other in the connectivity of God's grace.
We are meant to rise together, its not our job to decide who does or doesn't rise in accordance to our bias, conditionality or expectations. That's between their soul - Mother & Father God.
Our collective role is to be accounted for, speak what comes from the heart - question the ego as often as needed because not all thoughts are true, often they come with a fallacy to keep you small.
So beloved, social media is a vehicle, not an end destination.
Not everything you post, share, like or speak upon is going to land with everyone. Even if it does, dont take the non-interaction as a sign you are not where you need to be.
Social media is a stewardship vehicle for you to learn about your own powerful voice in how, when you speak, what you have to share is valid - potent & needed.
Its doesn't matter how many followers you have - my public figure FB page Ashra Bennett has had hundreds of thousands of followers for years but its not my identity. Its a vehicle for me to share my spoken word, my sacred service & what my souls guidance wants to birth into the collective field of unity that assists humanity rise.
You, my soul friend, are no different, so much emphasis is placed on social media for being perfect - which simply diminishes your light, radiance & powerful purpose of allowing yourself to expand your field in divine stewardship far more than you currently allow so you can lovingly steward others into reclaiming theirs.
Stewardship is an honor; never lose sight of your ability to govern your inner to outer stewardship in all ways, always.
One is humbled & thankful to be of sacred service
Eternally,
