How much does inaction truly cost you?
If you've been following my work, heard me teach, or attended one of my retreats, you've likely heard me speak on the core value of knowing yourself and getting curious about who you are. This involves understanding your own energy and recognizing the boundaries between your energy and that of others, regardless of the connections.
The initial step in gaining more profound wisdom is learning about your energy signature, your soul self, and the divine essence within you, often referred to as God's spark, God-self, or God-seed. This is not a one-size-fits-all process, as each person is unique. Some souls are new to Earth, while others are not; each incarnational contract is distinct and is based on the purpose of their incarnation at that time.
Understanding when to take action and retreat into stillness and contemplation comes from recognizing the energetic cost of inaction within yourself. It is essential to realize that inaction is not the same as rest and comes with a significant cost. Balancing these aspects is crucial for effectively managing your energy.
The intention and attention you put into your life are significant, even if you don't explicitly express your thoughts. Your energy can either fuel your desires or let them fade away.
Time is not the most precious commodity in life. People are often led to believe that they need to seize control of time to break free from the constraints of life. However, having all the time in the world doesn't guarantee your desires will be fulfilled. How you direct your attention and spend your time influences the outcomes.
So, when you tell yourself you don't have time for specific projects, justify how you allocate your energy, intentions, and actions. This reflects whether you are moving towards soul growth in human expression or allowing yourself to remain stagnant, missing out on intentional living. Living intentionally involves a conscious and deliberate approach to life that aligns with your values, goals, aspirations, and soul signature.
Wherever the path takes you, you actually contribute to its success by fueling the flames of desire with intentional action—knowing when to push forward and when to retreat for introspection.
